Terms of Service
1. The service
HousScapes by SolHous Records produces custom instrumental background music to a client brief. Production is human-curated and may use AI-assisted generation tools alongside manual editing, arrangement, and mastering. Deliverables are digital audio files and a usage license.
2. Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed on successful payment via Stripe. Production timelines start when your creative brief is submitted, not at payment. Brand HousScape engagements begin with a starting deposit; full scope and pricing are confirmed after the brief.
3. Revisions
Each package includes the revision rounds listed on its package page. Revisions cover adjustments to the delivered track; a new creative direction counts as a new order.
4. Usage rights
Usage is governed by the license issued with your order. Unless your license states otherwise, delivered audio may not be resold, redistributed, registered for content ID, or transferred to another brand. See the license overview for details.
5. Creative boundaries
We do not produce copies or imitations of copyrighted songs or specific artists. Briefs requesting them will be reinterpreted as mood, tempo, and instrumentation direction.
6. Refunds
If we can’t deliver against your brief after the included revision rounds, we’ll work with you on a fair resolution, which may include a partial or full refund at SolHous Records’ discretion.
