License overview
Every HousScapes order ships with a written usage license naming your brand, the tracks, the permitted uses, and the restrictions. Four tiers cover most situations:
Creator / Basic
Organic social posts, personal brand content, websites. Single named creator or brand. Non-exclusive.
Small business commercial
Everything in Creator, plus business promotional content and standard digital ads for one named business.
Campaign
Defined campaign use across channels, including paid placements, for an agreed campaign window.
Exclusive / Custom
Exclusivity, buyouts, broadcast, or anything beyond the standard tiers — quoted and contracted individually.
All standard licenses exclude resale, redistribution, content ID registration by the client, and transfer to another brand without written permission. Generated license summaries are operational documents — for major campaigns, broadcast, exclusivity, or legal review, a formal contract applies.
